Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return for credit or refund. Returned merchandise may incur a restocking fee. All damages must be marked with tape. Sorry, we cannot accept washed or embellished merchandise. If you are shipping your order to a 3rd party, please have them check for any errors prior to embellishing. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Refused or unclaimed orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, where the order is shipping to, and the level of service through UPS. We make every attempt to ship your order the same day when it is placed by 12:00 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday; Please note this is not apply during peak season (April-July). Express orders need to be received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday thru Friday. Express orders deliver to your door Monday thru Saturday unless UPS does not offer Express Service or Saturday delivery to your location. E-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you after your order is processed and any issues with your order or mode of shipping will be addressed at that time.
We do not normally ship with FedEx. FedEx charges a $12.50 pick up fee and doesn’t pick up same day. If you provide your own FedEx account number in the order notes, Vapor will add a $12.50 fee and there will be delays with the order.
